    We. Are. Finished! Year #15 is in the books and it was a good one. Coach Polhmann and I both agreed this year's group consistently worked hard and together. Six weeks ago I compared "Up!" to a brick wall. This brick wall is there for three key reasons: 1) To show how bad we want something. 2) To stop the people who don't want it badly enough. 3) And finally, as we suffer together to overcome that brick wall, we become stronger together!     Working hard and leading by example are admirable qualities to have. We are four weeks into our 2018 Up! Conditioning and we haven't really had a 'bad day' yet.     We just finished our second week of Up! Four sessions down, eight to go. These sessions, as you can see for yourself in the videos, are not designed to be easy.     Our 15th year of Up conditioning started this week and we couldn't be more pleased with our week one attitude and effort.
