Our 15th year of Up conditioning started this week and we couldn't be more pleased with our week one attitude and effort. This six week, 12 session program is under the supervision of PL-South Head Strength Coach Kurt Polhmann. We are very fortunate to have Coach lending his expertise to South Titan Basketball.
From a team standpoint, Coach Don Meyer always preached the four stages of team building:
Shared Ownership
Individual Responsibility
Collective Pride
SHARED SUFFERING
Up is a big part of this process. Over the years, when we had a group of players go ALL IN with Up, we always had the forging of a special TEAM on the horizon. We believe that can be the case this year too. Players losing themselves in this TEAM.
The load never gets lighter, we just get stronger!
