Communication

Throughout the season, the head coach for your respective level will sit down with each individual player for a variety of reasons. Such communication is vital for the success of the team and individual.

 

In-Season Conferences

The respective head coach and player will discuss the following key areas:

• Player's Role

  • Learn

  • Understand

  • Accept

  • Fulfill

• Strengths of the Player

• Weaknesses of the Player

• Shot Selection/Discipline

 

Post-Season Conferences

A formal post-season conference will be conducted with each underclassman during the spring. Click HERE to view this assessment. Each student-athlete will also fill out the evaluation.
