Last night marked the end of the 2015-16 South Titan Basketball season. We celebrated all of the teams, recognized letter winners, announced team awards, and honored our five seniors. Such a night is important, very important; but for this reason: To celebrate the successes of your teammates. And for that reason alone we applaud those in attendance. We are also grateful for those of you who could not make it, but sent your regrets and told us you would be thinking of the team. We are grateful!
Our mission is to love others as we love ourselves, to serve with an attitude of gratitude, and to care deeply about being the best we can be. This was demonstrated on a daily basis throughout the season. More times than not it was our seniors leading the way by example, but we also had underclassmen stepping up too. It takes a concentrated effort by everybody on the team for this culture to exist.
The high point of the evening was our first-ever "Senior Letters". Our five seniors all read their letter sharing what it means to be a South Titan Basketball player. They all did an outstanding job and we could not be more proud of them!
