FAQ:

  • I am going to be a freshman at PLS, how can I get involved?​

  • I already lift with another sport, am I required to attend both lifting sessions?

    • Not at all. Coach Pohlmann carefully designs all of our workouts to meet the needs of our multi-sport athletes. 

    • Communicate early and often with your respected coaches, as some overlap may hinder full participation in The Big 3.

  • How can I be selected to play on a league team?

    • We only have so many spots available for league play. To be considered complete the Summer Plans Form and register for STBB Camp.

    • These teams are selected by the coaches according to age and skill levels.

  • Will there be a Fall program as well?

    • Yes! Starting sometime after Labor Day there will be weekly Open-Skills-Drills in the morning.​

    • Also, Up! Conditioning after school on Tuesday and Thursday.
